AI MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Students can be expected to learn about the basic anatomy and physiology of the reproductive tract, semen handling, storage, and use of your AI gun, sychronization methods & heat detection.

PALPATION TRAINING

Students can be expected to learn about the basic anatomy and physiology of the reproductive tract and the progressive stages of pregnancy, factors that affect conception rates and what you can do to increase your pregnancy rates, and the systematic process in determining pregnancy in cattle and age of the fetus.

ET MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Learning how to transfer embryos is a more advanced type of method. We highly suggest the student have previous experience with artificial insemination before taking this class. Students can expect to learn anatomy & physiology, hormone secretion & synchronization of recipients, palpate ovaries to detect Corpus Luteum, administer epidural, thaw embryos, load E.T. gun and needed equipment, insert the embryo into the uterine horn and associated paperwork.

EQUINE AI TRAINING

In this course students will become familiar with A.I. equipment, learn how to prepare a mare for breeding and how to properly handle equine semen (cool- shipped and frozen). Students will also review mare conditions to attain and increase conception rates.

Cost is $750.00 and $100.00 deposit is required to insure a seat in the school. Hours are the same as the other schools including Sunday from 9a.m.-4p.m.

All schools except Combination schools are $400.00. A $100.00 deposit is required to insure a seat in the school. All training courses will consist of two days. They begin on Friday from 6p.m.-9:30p.m. and Saturday from 9a.m.-4p.m. with scheduled breaks on each day. All schools include hands-on-experience; appropriate dress is required.
